At Coco Kidz we pride ourselves on providing quality products to our customers. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and continue shopping with us. If you have changed your mind and you are able to provide the original receipt we will offer you an exchange provided the item complies with the following:


  • is in saleable condition

  • is unworn or unused with the original packaging and tags still attached

  • is not subject to the exclusions listed below

  • the exchange is sought within 30 days of purchase.




  • Sale items

  • Swimwear


If the item is faulty you will be eligible for an exchange, store credit or a refund, please follow the following procedure. However if the item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, Coco Kidz cannot provide a refund, exchange or store credit.


The process for returning an item for exchange or refund is very easy. Simply get in contact with us through our email to advise us the problem then post the item along with a copy of the original tax invoice to our warehouse address that we will provide you with. If you have simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size and are seeking an exchange the postage is to be paid by the customer. If the return is due to a fault in the item then Coco Kidz will credit you the postage.
